And while you're there, if you are in the Bay Area, click on the link to Twirly Girls - a pole dancing studio here in Silicon Valley.  I really must get up there to interview them at length one day. I've had email exchanges with them on several occasions and the ladies there are super.

At FitExpo, I met Twirly Girls founder, Bel Jeremiah. She's wonderful.  Incredibly fit and in a charming way that makes you feel great about yourself.  I liked her immediately and from what I've seen among her students, she  has a way of a creating community of caring people.
